Overall, I'm not pleased. Especially since I left two voicemails asking for a call back and no one ever called me. Communication is key in all aspects of life. You just lost a customer.
I ordered 40 roses from Iraq for delivery in Ruckersville. Celebrations was able to deliver them same day. All of the people that saw the arrangement complimented the beauty and quality of the roses. Thank you Celebrations for taking care of this so expeditiously--KN
I am all for supporting the little guy against a big shop. I don't buy flowers often, but when I do I expect them to get there the day they are ordered for. Who wants happy birthday flowers the day AFTER your birthday? No one. The flowers were pretty, but lost the surprise effect when you have to ask the birthday girl if she got her flowers...
Ordered real flowers for a funeral and silks were delivered. Went by to talk to them about it and offered no solution, just a sorry. Disappointed!!
