When I left a second time I was so upset I wanted to cry, my hair wasn't what I'd paid $97.50 for plus it way over processed badly. Keep in mind this was only the top layer of my hair not much hair at all but I paid almost $100 to have my hair damaged badly...I went on their website made my complaint never heard anything from them no offers for repair treatments nothing them called no call I'm still waiting
This a poor way to run a business I will also be make a complaint to the BBB...
I wanted purple and blonde highlights which I didn't get ...
