I was shopping for a door to replace a window and told the salesman as much. I picked a door and arranged for Lowe's to send a contractor to my house for measurements. The contractor ultimately refused to do the job--not my fault--but I'm out the $35 I paid for the privilege and my measurements are "Lowe's property". Thanks, Lowe's. You should just put out a box for donations and skip the measurement process.

Shout out to Michael (I think was his name) and a lovely young female employee (didn't catch her name, sorry) who helped us on 7/13 around 7pm get a giant shower/tub insert off the top shelf, only for us to realize we had asked for the wrong one once it was on the ground. Without batting an eye Michael found us the right one and got that one down lickity-split and sent us on our way without delay. The employees at Ruckersville Lowes are always friendly and helpful but Michael really took the cake tonight!
