Very very good. The service is usually fast and friendly. Our orders were mixed up a few times but the employees were quick to apologize and amend it. You can get good deals here and the food is delicious.
They have a new online order which they don't even see the orders until you walk in. So order ahead of time and you still have to come in and wait for the food for another 30 minutes after ordering 15 minutes early. No wonder the drive thru is backed up and group of people standing around waiting for their orders. Absolutely no urgency on their customers.
Slowest fast food ever. Many times I have waited 15-30 min in the drive-thru. Food is decent but they often forget ingredients.
Staff was friendly but food and atmosphere were not! When you immideatly walk in, it smells like a port-a-potty. We got both KFC and taco Bell and they were all drenched in grease/oil. We didn't even finish eating because of the fear we would be such later.
Love the food, but need faster service!
