We had an issue with our kitchen sink backed up to the wall, We tried cleaning the sink out through the pipes below the sink to no avail. We called rotorooter they are very nice on the phone and returned to us a call when the tech was on his way. They sent us Buzz. he was a very nice man easy going and willing to work on our sink as long as it took and he did not give up too easily, He also put in a new basket on top of the sink, he was good steady worker also kind and pleasant to talk to Thank you Buzz for getting our kitchen sink open and flowing again!

It was amazing to have the work done on the same day. The technician was absolutely fantastic in his attitude and work performance. He was able to rectify a spigot problem that was totally the fault of my home builder many years ago: no turn off valve when a water flow problem occurred.
Matt helped us out in a tough spot. He knows his business. We are satisfied that we got the best you had .
My only concerns in retrospect was that I should have requested an itemized list instead of the flat fee I received for future reference and that the turn off valve be placed in a better easy access place, not behind a stove that would have to be moved to get to it.
I contacted the company through the yellow pages. The office person was very helpful and polite and made the appointment promptly. Greg showed up on time, reviewed my problem and immediately went to work to repair my disposal. The job was done in no time and he left after having cleaned up the site. I highly recommend the company and will call them again without hesitation for any future plumbing needs.
