With fast food restaurants in a small town, the bar for competent employees isn't set high and this Wendy's is no different. You can expect long wait times, forgotten items, sloppily prepared food, too much or too messy sauces applied, mismanagement issues, and general lack of reasoning and common sense. Add 2 stars if you enjoy all of the above.
The counter area where you order smells bad. The staff are friendly but slow. The staff fills orders one at a time and doesn't take the next order until first order is done. Tables are greasy. Tile floors, carpets and tables need to be stream cleaned - once a month. Not just mopped.
Excellent customer service from the cashier... Bacon and hamburgers cooked to perfection! Extremely clean dining area. Would definitely visit and recommend again.
Tring to order food and the cashier said she would be right back. She walked around filling orders. 3 other employees walked around complaining about working today but no one was moving very fast. After 9 minutes I and 6 other customers walked out. Outside 8 cars were backed up in the drive thru. No supervision, No process.
This Wendy's is always slow, and the inside isn't very clean. We've been 3 times in a year, and they've messed up our order every time. I gave it 2 stars simply because the fries were actually hot this time.
2017 July:
In 2017 Spring: the place is getting worse. Went in for lunch and water was dripping from the ceiling. water was dripping onto the trays they were setting food on. when I asked why they did not shut down, they said they would when they had finished selling the last of the hot food.
They are pitiful at this location, I don't care if you're only one at drive thru it's gonna b a 20 min wait
