would have been emergency surgery to repair her mistake. It was Saturday so she probably had a hot date or something else more important than my innocent kitty. Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done about this kind of willful negligence. She should not be allow to touch another animal. She is incompetent and unfit. Take your little friends to her at your and your animal's own risk. If I could give her stars in the minus, I would give minus ten.
I absolutely love Ruckersville Animal Hospital, the doctors and the rest of the staff are amazing with all of my pets and are beyond caring! I would recommend this hospital to anyone looking for pet care!!!
All of the Doctors and staff are wonderful! I read one review about Dr. Ashley Bruce. I really can't believe that!!! She is a sweet, caring and gentle. I believe that is a bogus review. I have seen all of the Doctors and would trust all of them with my babies!
I Love Dr. Janet N. Robertson! She is GREAT with my German Shepherds! She is friendly & caring and listens! I really appreciate her expertise!
This vet clinic might be okay but, as for one of their vets I'd stay away. My personal experience with Dr Ashley Bruce is not good. In fact it's very bad. I took a female cat to her with a uti. The good doctor tried to express her bladder and in doing so ruptured her bladder. I, and the assistant, heard the "pop" when it burst. I asked Dr. Bruce what that was, although I knew what it was, and she said, it's nothing. Dr Bruce put my baby on antibiotics and sent her home, only to be dead in less than 24 hours. I can only imagine how she must have suffered. She said if she didn't improve in a few days to bring her back. I believe that Dr.Bruce knew what was going to happen and she either didn't care or lacked the skill and knowledge to do what was right and that
