Spoke with Antonio today ! Great person for me to have contact with he provided excellent customer service with the mattress he showed me and made sure all of my questions were answered. We need more customer care people like Antonio. I will be back .
Walk in 10 mins before opening (doors were open). Guy behind counter at far end rudely shouts over and tells me they don't open until 10 and to go away and come back. Pretty ticked off. Terrible customer service!
