If i could give 0 stars I would. After ordering from them several times 9 to be exact they all of a sudden say that we are out of their delivery area.....they charged my credit card for the pizzas before calling me back and stating they can't deliver to us..... maybe check that before you charge my card for pizza that won't ever show up and will now take up to 5 days to credit back! Mike the manager then gets defensive when I ask for general manager information. Rattles it off super fast with a bit of an attitude. Then when I mention I'll let everyone know of the horrible experience he tells me that I'm making threats. Well maybe if you weren't rude and irresponsible with people's money they wouldn't have to tell everyone what a horrible management team works there.
They were accurate with our order. The location is hard to find if you are coming from out of town. But after a few drive-bys, I called and got directions.
Pizza is good, nothing special. Just an average Papa John's, and that's fine with me. Occasionally delivery can run late, but that's standard fare for a pizza delivery chain. Delivery drivers are always nice and friendly, and sometimes a little odd. Overall good.
