I won't order from pizza hut ever since they got the call center. I'm on hold because they don't know my area, don't know my address, don't know anything. Before I would call the store order and get pizza. Simple.
After driving for 8 hours. I order a pizza to wait an hour and a 1/2. Why is this place even in business. Do yourself a favor and call an actual restaurant that answers their actual phone. Call another restaurant that actually delivers pizzas on a schedule rather than whenever they feel like it. Call a restaurant where a manager will answer the phone and actually call you back
